    Forged steel gate valves are designed to operate best when they are completely open or closed. With a planar sealing surface, these types of valves are easy to operate and maintain. Gate valves are most commonly used in shut-off related applications where fluids must be stopped immediately. Forged Steel gate valves are in high demand because of their ability to operate under cryogenic temperatures.

    • Constructed from one piece, die-forged bodies.
    • The wedge of the valve is forged, hardened, and lapped for leak free sealing.
    • Threaded or Socket Weld ends available.
